We offer FREE standard UK shipping on  Fine Art print orders over £40.

All FRAMED Prints are Shipped worldwide FREE as standard.

Please note that we do NOT cover return shipping, that is YOUR responsibility.

ORIGINALS are very large and heavy and so incur an extra charge.

SHIPPING ORIGINAL PAINTINGS:

UK Shipping will be via courier, and will cost an extra £50 to the original cost of the painting as a flat rate. This will be tracked and you will be provided with a tracking code

INTERNATIONAL shipping is £100 as a flat rate. This will be tracked and you will be provided with a tracking code

CUSTOMS:
As a buyer, you are responsible for paying any customs charges, import duties, taxes and handling any fees that may be charged.
Though it is very uncommon in our experience, on very rare occasions it is possible for packages to be held up in customs for several weeks. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs as this is entirely out of our control.

SHIPPING FINE ART PRINTS:

All Fine Art prints are shipped directly from the studio and will be via Royal Mail or Hermes courier service unless indicated otherwise.

For orders under £20 shipping to the UK will be £3.50 and internationally will be £4.50. 

Orders between £20-39 will be £6.50 for the UK and £8.50 international

All print orders over £40 will receive free standard UK shipping

COLOURING BOOKS ship free within the UK

International shipping for colouring books is £12.50 standard for upto 2 books. Heavier parcels of 3 books or more are charged at £16.50

FRAMED AND CANVAS PRINTS are posted directly by the printers and have a turnaround time of 12-14 business days. Please bear this in mind especially if you wish to have your art sooner. 

RETURNS: 
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item if you with to return. If you fail to do so, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will need to cover the return costs, so please order carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for return shipping.
