PRODUCT RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the products by you.  Please email the studio to initiate your refund process.

The postage and packaging costs are covered by YOU the customer, so please be sure and read the whole description before ordering.  Please also note that all prints are photographic representations of the artwork, and not original artwork.  You will be able to see the textures but not feel them. If you are unsure and have any questions, please do contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help!

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the workshop is delivered, to allow time for another person to fill the space  If the space gets filled, you’ll be eligible for a full refund

If less that 48 hour notice is given and the space remains empty, you will only receive a 50% refund
