I always try my best to accommodate and provide you with a custom service. Where possible I will add your personalised gift note, simply get in touch to arrange this.

When a print is part of a Limited Edition, only a set number of prints in that size are created. Once these are sold, that version of the print is no longer available. I hand-embellish each Limited Edition print, with 23.5k gold leaf, or diamond dust, hand-sign and number them out of 100.

Shipping varies depending on the product. For Original paintings, UK shipping is £50 flat rate. International shipping is a flat rate of £100. Originals are always shipped using a trackable courier service. Once your purchase your Artwork, you will receive an email with tracking and delivery information.Fine Art Prints  and Colouring books are shipped using Royal Mail and are shipped for FREE in the UK. International shipping via Royal Mail Tracked is £12.50.Framed Prints are shipped for FREE from our print labs in UK, USA and Australia. They will be shipped directly to you.

As long as your order has not dispatched, you are able to cancel it. Simply reach out to us via support@rashidaart.com with “Cancel order”, stating your order number to initiate the cancellation process and a refund will be issued.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the return shipping is at your own cost, and a refund will be issued once we receive your order and have approved it. To initiate your return, simply email support@rashidaart.com with your order number, reason for return and proof of shipment.

FREE delivery is usually standard Royal Mail 2nd class post. If you wish to upgrade to Express delivery simply add it at checkout and your package will be dispatched as quickly as possible, provided your item is in stock.

Originals are carefully packaged by a third party courier service to ensure no damage to your one-off statement piece. They are accompanied by a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity, unique to you. Fine Art Prints are send in an eco-friendly hard backed mailer envelope, or a mailer tube, lovingly hand finished by myself with bonus mystery gifts as a token of thanks, with a personalised handwritten note.

Framed Prints are packaged in eco-friendly cardboard boxes directly from the print lab that they are dispatched from.

For Standard UK shipping, Royal Mail will aim to deliver between 2-3 working days. For Standard International shipping, delivery can take upto 14 working days, but sometimes delays can happen. I usually say wait 30 days from placing your order before contacting us, and I will gladly help you if you have upgraded to a Tracked service, or for Original Art, your tracking number will be sent to you via email.
