Creative Mindfulness Zoom Session

Group sessions of Islamic themed Creative Mindfulness

We will explore mixed media, and paint what you would like. Before starting, you will need to have on hand:

Canvas, A4 or A3 cartridge paper, watercolour paper, a selection of watercolour paints, a selection on acrylic paints, paint palette, water

You can commit to as many sessions as you’d like.
